There are many ways it can be considered that Germany might at least in simulation win world war 2. However perhaps the best way to do it is with an outlandish plan that no one at the time would ever have agreed to. Some might call it the ultimate hoi4 encirclement granting any player easy access into the maginot line which will now be left unguarded by the french.
